How to contact us
During the course of your roleplay, you may find it necessary to contact the staff, or make them aware of some problem user, problem with the site, or maybe just to say hi to them. On this page, you'll find the easiest and best ways to accomplish that.
Report a Problem User
If you encounter a troublesome user, first log the event showing the problem. This can be done by right clicking on the chat screen, left click on select all. That will store it to your clipboard for now. Secondly, type in /ignore username. This will at least give you some peace until a staff member can deal with the situation. Please make sure that the user is actually committing a breach of our rules before submitting the complaint.
Once you've done all that, then visit the page below to submit your complaint. Please remember to use your real email address in case we need to contact you about the incident. Submit a Complaint
Email the staff
Maybe you have a question, or need some help and a staffer isn't around. You can use this form to send email to the entire staff and one of them will respond to you as quickly as they can.

Contacting the staff individually
Because of spam bots, we cannot list email addresses out in the open. However, each staff member has an email account that only they can see. For instance, if you wanted to contact a staff member named User. You would send an email to User at (@) realms-rp.com.
Only the head administrator has a different name on their account. I hope to have a form where you can select the user you want to email directly, in the near future. For now, this is the best I can do.
